morbid obesity
Has anyone used this as a primary Dx?? This pt has been in rehab facility for 4 months....multiple medical issues but obesity issue is what exacerbates everything due to her poor mobility....other dx include afib --chf-- venous insuff--incont--hx utis --gout--anxiety--depression...stage 1 pressure ulcer (shocker its only that)..please help
