cerebral bleed with craniotomy

Hi. I'm not sure how to code this. The patient was found to have a nontraumatic cerebral bleed on 7/22/16 with continued complaints of headaches and fatigue. She was admitted into the hospital and had a craniotomy. Is there an aftercare code for this?
