Femur fx with non-union repaired with hip replacement

Can someone help me with above scenario? I know that with traumatic fx repaired by joint replacement we don't know the aftercare Z47.1 anymore. We code the fx with "d" as the 7th character. How when there's a non-union and hip replacement was done, do you still code it with a "D" as the 7th character or keep the "K" 7th character for non-union? Which 7th character are we supposed to use in HH setting? Please advise.
