Aftercare of Rectal Abscess

Pt with Rectal Abscess for which Debridement was done & surgical Drain was placed, Pt admitted for surgical wound care from removal of surgical drain.. Should we code A/C of Digestive system as Recatl Abscess is coded to K61.1 or A/C of Skin & subcutaneous tissue?

    I&D is not a surgical wound therefore no aftercare. I would code the Rectal Abscess as primary

    Pt didn't have I&D but debridement done with surgical drain placement which was removed & that does make surgical wound(as per old coding Pro tool of the month)
