Re. Brentuximab induced pneumonitis

Does anybody know how to code this adverse effect of chemo drug for Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma?

  • You would code the pneumonitis followed by the T code for the adverse effect of the antineoplastic.

  • Pneumonitis due to chemicals, fumes, and vapors is coded to J68.0, You must code first the cause (T51-T65) is what I discovered so far.
    Will look at the t-codes next
