Total Hip Revision due to infection

My patient's right hip prosthesis became infection with MSRA, which lead to the remove of prosthesis. I know I need to code T84.51XA (infected right hip prosthesis) in M1011 and M1017. Would I also code T84.51XA as primary (M1021) since patient is still take antibiotics for MSRA? Or would I code T81.4XXA (Infected following procedure) as primary since prosthesis has been removed?

Infected hardware with an "a" since you are still treating the complication, followed by MRSA.
