Sequencing of Presence of joint replace

Hi,
I am wondering what everyone is doing in regard to, the sequencing of "Presence of artificial joint codes". Are you sequencing at the bottom or is it immediately after the Aftercare code? (When there is no fracture)

    I place them at the bottom...............not always even in top 6 but try to. Depends on importance of co-morbidities.

    Anybody else?
