Lemierre's Syndrome

I have a patient that has Lemierre's Syndrome with thrombophlebitis in the internal jugular vein. How do I code this? The syndrome is not showing up on either the Tabular or alpha list and there isn't an option for the internal jugular vein for the thrombophlebitis. I am hoping someone can assist me rather quickly.

    Look under Syndrome -- it is there.
