PVD AND DRY GANGRENE

We have a patient with "Severe PVD to RLE with dry gangrene to toes". I am unsure if I'm coding this correctly or not.
I70.261 atherosclerosis RLE plus additional code of
L97.513 Nonpressure chronic ulcer of other part R-foot with necrosis

I don't see anything wrong with coding it that way. That's how I would
code it...
