non healing laceration

Patient sustained traumatic laceration that is nonhealing, nursing doing wound care. When I use S81821D which is subsequent care for laceration, I get an error that says traumatic wound should not be used,
This is a traumatic wound requiring nursing care due to patient's other conditions, How should I code this

    Perhaps the OASIS does not match the code?
    Sometimes OASIS scrubs can catch this and throw out errors.
