Pt had elective surgery to remove excess skin bilat mastectomy sites (old)....has wounds we are caring for...pt is also IDDM...not sure of primary DX to use?

    Use z48.817-- aftercare of surgery on skin/subcutaneous tissue
    The dressing changes are within code so you do not need a additional code
