multiple valve disease

I have a question about categories i05-i09. The coding tip says that it is for rheumatic valve disease. Under i08 multiple valve diseases, it says that it includes multiple valve diseases specified as rheumatic OR unspecified. And again under i08.0 it says it is for involvement of both mitral and aortic valves specified as rheumatic OR unspecified. Can that code be used for multiple valve disorders not documented as rheumatic??

I don't think it's really a coding tip though. It is in the includes part. I am asking a friend if that statement is in the regular ICD 10 manual.

OK,I asked her to look up i08 category and it has the same includes note under i08 and i08.0 as the decision health homecare book has.
