burr holes sec to SDH

Pt sustained large SDH sec to fall s/p burr hole for evacuation. Pt with etoh related cirrhosis, DM, HTn and SN, PT OT were ordered. Is there an aftercare code for that type of surgery or should I use S06.5X0D followed by Z48.01. I’m stumped. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks.
