    I69.3- are for cerebral infractions. You have a spinal artery stroke. When you look in alpha it sends you to G95.11. Look below code title it says Arterial thrombosis of spinal cord, which sounds to me like what you have.

    It will be coded to a sequela hence the left shoulder weakness just not finding a sequela code for this type of stroke. Thanks :)
