inactive code?

I tried to put in a fracture code per the MD description of "left comminuted displaced humeral fracture, greater tuberosity. The book and coding center both pointed me to S42.252D however when I tried to use the code an alert stated "code inactive". Has anyone else had this problem?

    That the code is not valid. It is only a valid diagnosis code if it has the green checkmark. It may just need an additional character.
