seroma s/p hernia repair

Patient developed a seroma 3 weeks after umbilical hernia surgery. was incised and drained and we are doing daily wound packing. The coding center directs me to the T88.800XD code, but I hate using an unspecified code. It is definitely not a hematoma and it is not infected. Any suggestions?

    Hernias are in Chapter 11, or the K section of codes.
