takedown of colostomy

Client had a reversal of colostomy, pre-op diagnosis was Colostomy status post Hartmans procedure for perforated diverticulitis. My question is what diagnosis do I put in M1011 and M1017? You cant use Z codes and the diverticulitis was from last surgery. Help!! I'm lost on this one!

    i found in my old files a article on ostomy takedowns by Lisa Selman-Holman. it states an ostomy takedown, where the stoma and skin opening are closed, should be coded byt he original reason for the ostomy. If anyone has any info contrary, i will happily save that too.
