Can someone please elaborate on the Z09 code and when it should be used in homecare? With the personal history codes?

Just wanted some insight on this if anyone knows.

    From the chapter notes for Z00-Z13 in the Decision Health coding manual:
    These codes are primarily used in clinic and physician offices for examinations and disease and disorder screenings.

    That code is primarily used in clinics and physician offices for examinations
    I am not aware of a instance where that would be used in a home health setting
