CVA with weakness

Client has weakness and dysphagia from a CVA. I69.30 and I69.391-are these the correct codes? There is no documented hemiplegia, just generalized weakness.

    You could use I69.398 with M62.81 under it for the weakness if its generalized and no other specific information provided
