Coding fungating wound care

Patient with cervical CA with now fungating wounds on abdomen. What would the diagnosis code be for these wounds or do I just use the Cervical CA code with wound care code? Thanks for your help

    There is a note under L98.4 in the Decision Health coding manual to use L98.49-.
