S/P intra-abdominal abscess,Then ended up with small bowel obstruction and having small bowel resection with colocutaneous fistula closure, delayed primary closure for open incision.

Im trying to break this all down:

M1011/17: K65.1 (abscess) im not sure how to code the colocutaneous fistula? Small bowel obstruction will be a complication code of digestive system?

M1021: Z48.815 (digestive) or would I use Z48 .817 (skin)

**I might add that the patient has had gastric bypass surgery, also open wound from hospitalization and rt pretibial surface abrasion related to trauma unna boot in place..

Can someone please help with this?
