HHVBP questions on OASIS

can anyone direct me to some information on the new HHVBP questions (advanced care planning and shingles vaccine). I have staff asking me questions and I was hoping to find some actual instruction on how to answer these. ('what is a surrogate decision maker?', 'what kind of documentation do you actually have to have in the chart' etc.)

    There have been many CMS webinars regarding HHVBP. I suggest you contact HHVBPquestions@cms.hhs.gov. They will be able to send you information or direct you to the CMS website to get the information you need.
