Inappropriate Primary Diagnosis List from Insurance Company

Good afternoon,

I received a list today from our biller of Primary Diagnosis that an insurance company will no longer accept. Many of the codes on this list are appropriate Primary Diagnosis codes. I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with billing & primary diagnosis codes. If so, how are you handling the issue.
