If a patient is referred for PT only who is morbid obese and has COPD, oxygen use, chronic anemia, SOB, OSA with CPAP, bipolar/schizo, dyslipidemia and acute respiratory failure... Do we code all these as well even though the patient is only ordered to be seen by PT.
