OASIS rejection
Have a patient we are seeing for IV antibiotics for neurosyphilis I used code A52.3. It was rejected with reason -4885 Incorrect ICD Format: Invalid ICD10 diagnosis code. I have looked but can't find why it would be invalid. The format seems to be correct. Any suggestions?
