need help please
Pt had an acute CVA and now left side is flaccid and right side is weak how would you code? I am thinking I69.351, I69.864 or can we use I69.354 or G81. code Pt also has dysphagia, PEG tube which also will be coded along with 2 pressure injuries. thank you in advance
