I am not quite versed in Medicare billing. I have a lot of RTP claims with denial code 31755. I understand concept of what needs to be corrected, however, My first billable visit dates don't necessarily match the episode date and date on line 0023 in regards to recerts. Any help is greatly appreciated on how to correct these claims.
