ICD-10 Coding Training and Updates

Listserve Members:

Does anyone have any recommendations for online training and updates? I had training through Fazzi, online, last year prior to taking my BCHH-C certification. However, my back-up needs (and really wants) training, and I would like to have ongoing training. What is everyone's favorite? What does anyone dislike?

Any help would be appreciated.
