Pregnancy
If a pt went into labor due to pre-eclamsia ( with a hx of HTN) and went home to have her BP checked... would i use O11.3 Pre-existing hypertension with pre-eclampsia, third trimester (since it was dx in the 3rd trimester?)
Pt also has DM and Obesity. if the pt already had the baby would we use just the normal codes and not pregnancy codes?
