M0110 Episode Timing

When you have a Medicare Advantage pt, are you supposed to answer M0110 Episode Timing and M2200 Therapy Need? or do you answer "NA". I was told "NA" way back, but I"m trying to remember if I was told at a later date to answer it. thanks in advance.

    If they are paying you episodically you need to answer both questions. M0110 would be Unknown, M2200 amount of therapy visits. We do the same on all Medicare Advantage plans.

    if you answer NA it won't generate the correct codes and Medicare Advantage
    plans wants the same codes as you would for a Medicare patient
