dm with angiopathy and venous insufficiency

I have a patient, per Wound Center, has dm with angiopathy and venous insufficiency. Wound Center states medial left calf ulcer due to dm angiopathy and Lateral left calf ulcer due to Venous Insufficiency both fat layer exposed. this is an odd one but I coded it like this.

I think the I87.2 also goes before the L97- code

if venous insuff. is with ulcer, remember the note that the venous insuff may not be severe enough to result in an ulcer

if the physician documents only stasis ulcer code I87.2 followed by ulcer code
