predisposition to breast cancer

What code do I need to use to show that patient has a predisposition to breast cancer? PALB 2 gene positive and had a prophylactic mastectomy. Need this code for the M1011.

    At this time, there is no clear direction how to accurately code PALB 2 gene positive status as the reason for prophylactic mastectomy in M1011. The only suggestion I have seen is: R97.8, Other abnormal tumor markers. If anyone has other information, or guidance from Coding Clinic, please share with us all.
