RE: pt. with md documentation of pulmonary Hypertension and CKD stage 3
I have queried the MD but no response yet. No other dx like Diabetes .. thanks I will call MD again

CKD can be due to other issues besides HTN, i.e. diabetes, so unless one of the MD's that you have mentioned is the patient's PCP and you have queried him/his office as to any documentation of the patient having HTN then I would say no .

I do not think that you can as HTN and pulmonary HTN are 2 very different things

do I assume relationship?
I know we can with HTN and CKD. I see no documentation from MD that pt has hypertension , just pulmonary HTN. I have H&P and documentation from 4 specialty physicians and none of them mention HTN.
