hand burn/OT

We have a patient who sustained burns to her left hand (not sure how)and OT is making several visits. OT states she has decreased left hand grip strength due to non use of the hand. Would it be appropriate to use R29.898 (other symptoms and signs involving the musculoskeletal system) with the T23.002S (burn of unspecified degree of left hand, unspecified site - sequela)as the residual?     Query the physician to clarify the severity of the burn, and the etiology of the hand weakness. This will allow you to code accurately.
