How do I find Epstein Barr virus code?
I've looked under: Epstein, infection, and virus.
What am I missing? Where should I look?

    The B27.0's appear to be referring to the a diagnosis of mononucleosis. If the patient doesn't have that, I'm not sure that I would code it. Epstein Barr virus can cause many illnesses and its presence doesn't equal mono.
