Wound #2 Left, Anterior lower leg is a full thickness surgical wound and has received status of not healed per medical record

Wound #3 Left, Anterior lower leg is a partial thickness unknown and has received the status of not healed per medical record.

Patient has Chronic osteomyelitis.

How do I code this wounds?
