parkinsons and lewy body dementia

What codes are assigned for parkinsons and lewy body dementia? I'm getting myself confused at the directions in the coding manual. I am thinking because it is lewy body dementia, it becomes parkinsonism.
G31.83 dementia with parkinsonism
F02.80

Is that correct? Or do I also need to add G20?

    According to coding guidelines you cannot code G20 with G31.83. Because it is stated as lewy body dementia that is what you code and leave off the G20.

    Thanks, my supervisor wants it to say, parkinsons, in the narrative. I just needed reassurance that I coded it correctly without the g20.
