Post surgery hematoma with seroma

Patient has laminectomy. Then hospitalized for a post op hematoma with seroma. Patient had a "wound wash" where the hematoma and seroma was diagnosed. Jp drain placed.

I found M96.840 for hematoma M96.842 for seroma. Is there a combined code, code both or do I need to be looking at this wrong?

Any feedback appreciated.

    Hi Carrie.
    A hematoma involves a blood collection outside of the broken vessels.
    A seroma is a serum collection which is different.
