2nd opinion please TCS with wound s/p a thoracic aorta dissection /fem-fem bypass
traumatic compartmental syndrome( documented as traumatic) with wound from fasciotomy s/p complication ( documented ) from a thoracic aorta dissection repair fem-fem bypass.An ischemic right leg and also now has right foot drop.I want to code the traumatic compartmental syndrome right leg, then open wound with a S code to capture the complication and wound supplies then the aftercare for the aortic dissection ( which) is healing fine with a D . Pt also has HTN right leg weakness and anemia due to blood loss. The right foot drop is related to the TCS . Am I on the right track? Thank you in advance.
