HELP: complicated wound need help with coding

Pt. had TAH and lysis of adhesion's wound, documented superficial dehiscence then went home with wound vac developed infection and abdominal wall abscess.went back to hospital. We then opened patient Would I code T81.31xA,T81.4XXA then the infectious organism each separately as it has multiple organisms and many are resistant z16.24 including MRSA B95.62 Plus patient has CHF and HTN I11.0,And bronchitis, acute J20.9 . Does the T81.4XXA cover the abdominal hematoma? wound measures 17 x 6 x 3 cm. please help and thank you.

    Your sequence sounds right:
    postop dehiscence
    postop infection with organism and resistant codes
    If there was a documented postop hematoma, code from main term Complication, postoperative, hematoma (of)

    Then sequence the rest of your codes as they best represent the Plan of Care
    Be sure to follow mandatory sequencing for Hypertensive heart disease with CHF (I11.0/I50.9)
