non healing wound from I&D

Pt initially had Cellulitis for which I&D was done & this is recert & SN is taking care of non healing wound from I&D..I know I&D doesn't change etiology of cellulitis but Pt is not receiving any antibiotic at present, Do I still code cellulitis?
