what is the code ? it's not stated as Mild cognitive impairment & no other mental disorder

    Those are various degrees of retardation codes involving IQ's Arthur which is not the same as simple cognitive impairment which can be caused by alcohol intoxication for example, or some types of Rx medications like Opioids for another.
