I have a non-coding question:

If SN sees patient prior to PT on the day of discharge; can the SN complete the DC oasis?

    Medicare guidelines state last discipline to see the patient.

    Hi Kathy.
    Your billers should. Submission of OASIS events requires use of data submission programming such as Haven. These programs can give you reports of timeliness of submission.

    yes there is a report in the Oasis submission reports you have to request
    it It tells you how many rejected late etc
