Diabetic PVD W Gangrene

If Pt has Diabetic PVD with L 2nd toe Gangrene only code used is E11.52 or we need additional Gangrene code? 2017 coding book has
+ sign at E11.52 so I am getting confuse..

    No you do not use an additional code for the gangrene it is included.
