revised BKA to AKA

Patient in MVA Aug 2016, had an ORIF right knee, this became infected and required right BKA, this too became infected and finally a right AKA performed on Oct 2016. Patient had been in SNF for treatment following last AKA and therapy. Now being released for therapy.
Do you use last code of infected stump T87.43D
or is this now aftercare following amputation Z47.81?
