Aftercare of Panniculectomy

what would be A/C code for Panniculectomy for Abdominal Relapsing Panniculitis(M35.6).. I know M codes fall under Musculoskeletal so do we code Z47.89 for Panniculectomy Aftercare.. Is that correct code?

    A panniculectomy would be removal of skin though, correct? So wouldn't it
    need to be coded as aftercare of surgical procedure of the skin and
    subcutaneous tissue?

    Yes I am also going towards Z48.817- aftercare of skin but wanted to know if we have to select aftercare code based on chapter dx falls in?
