PI - reducing emergency room visits
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share what they have done in
their agency to help get the emergency dept visits down.
Our agency has great outcomes, low hospitalization rate but our ER rates
are up.
Would love any ideas – can send over the list serv or feel free to email me
