question about coding hypotension

We have a patient who has a history of hypertension who has suddenly developed hypotension. The MD cut down her BP meds and ordered Home Health to monitor. Can you code both conditions at the same time? The patient is still on meds for high blood pressure-they are just decreased.

    I would think so, I would move HTN lower in the dx listing and the severity for the HTN would obviously be a 1
