DM ulcer

Pt has a Dm foot ulcer left foot...documentation stats left foot flap failure S/P TMa...the patient described it as a dehisced wound and DM ulcer...the context consists of dehisced wound, DM ulcer and non-healing ulcer....treatment consist of antibiotics, debridement of necrotic tissue, surgery and has been receiving apligrafs with wound vac therapy...would this change this from a DM ulcer to a surgical wound? Dr is still saying DM ulcer....
