BRCA1 Gene Mutation Positive

What ICD-10 code would be placed in M1011 for a patient with a Positive BRCA1 gene mutation who elected to have a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy? The only code I can come up with is Z15.01 and can't use a Z code in M1011.
